The AEW TNT Title bout is official for Full Gear.
AEW announced Darby Allin will challenge for the AEW TNT Championship at Full Gear. Allin was seen in the stands watching the TNT Title bout between Cody and Orange Cassidy on Dynamite. The bout ended in a draw, which means Cody retained the championship. A rematch between Cassidy and Cody is set for the October 28 episode of Dynamite.
This would mark Allin's first crack at gaining the TNT Championship.
Allin and Cody previously met in the semi-finals of the AEW TNT Title tournament with Cody picking up the victory. Cody is 2-0-1 against Allin in singles competition.

Of course, there is a chance Cody is not the champion come Full Gear as he could lose the belt between now and November 7.
