Darby Allin Earns Future AEW Title Shot With Win Over Andrade El Idolo At AEW Dynasty

Darby Allin is set to get a future shot at the AEW World Title.

Darby Allin defeated Andrade El Idolo at AEW Dynasty, and per the stipulation of the match, Alin will now get a future shot at the AEW Championship.

The finish saw Darby counter the DM attempt from Andrade and counter with the Last Supper pin.

After the match, Andrade showed respect to Darby, shaking his hand and raising his arm in victory.

Darby will face the winner of MJF vs. Kenny Omega as they meet in the main event at Dynasty. Darby is 0-3 in AEW World Title matches, but hasn’t had a shot at the title since 2023.
