Darby Allin: Gabe Kidd Brings A Certain Level Of Intensity That I Get Excited About
Darby Allin has high praise for Gabe Kidd.
Since officially signing with the company earlier this year, Gabe Kidd has been featured as a prominent name in AEW. With multiple pay-per-view matches and TV main events under his belt, Kidd will likely be a multi-time singles champion by the time it is all said and done.
Speaking with Q101 for an interview that was recorded before AEW All Out, Darby Allin was asked to name the wrestler that has impressed him the most since signing with AEW.
“I honestly feel like Gabe Kidd — not saying he didn’t have it in the tank because he was already killing it in Japan, but he brings a certain level of like intensity that I get excited about where I’m like, ‘Oh man, I wish I could just fight him every week.’ Gabe Kidd is definitely one.”
