Over the weekend, the wrestling world flipped out when a video of Priscilla Kelly taking a "bloody tampon" out of her tights and shoving it into her opponent's mouth went viral. The spot was all anyone could talk about on social media with everyone from Road Dogg to Jim Cornette to Gail Kim weighed in on the video.
Appearing on the Omega Luke Wrestling podcast, Kelly's husband, Independent star Darby Allin, weighed in on the controversy.
She thinks it's hilarious. She doesn't give a shit about any of this stuff," said Allin. "Gail Kim, Tessa Blanchard, all those fools can say, 'Oh she's killing the women's revolution.' No, she's creating a women's revolution because if you look at what the men have done in wrestling -- the gross shit, whether it's DX pouring shit on Vince McMahon or Joey Ryan's ass, lollipop and cock thing. The moment a woman wants to do one little thing, everyone loses their mind about it. Let's talk about equal rights for a second. The men stuff is nasty and vulgar but everyone thinks it's 'haha.' The moment a woman wants to do some bullshit, all hell breaks loose. Go fuck yourselves."
