Dark Side Of The Ring Special On Herb Abrams Averages 246,000 Viewers

Viewership for the latest Dark Side of the Ring saw a slight dip compared to last week.

According to Showbuzz Daily, the May 5 episode of Dark Side of the Ring, which focused on promoter Herb Abrams, averaged 246,000 viewers. This is down from the April 25 episode which focused on David Schultz and his assault of 20/20 reporter John Stossel that averaged 255,000 viewers.

In the 18-49 demographic, the special drew a 0.10 rating, which was 71st best on cable for the day. The Dark Side: After Dark that aired afterwards averaged 72,000 viewers and drew a 0.03 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which was 145th best on cable. 

This week's viewership number for Dark Side of the Ring was the third-highest for the season, behind the April 25 episode and the March 24 season premiere, a two-hour special on the Chris Benoit tragedy. 

Next Tuesday's episode will focus on the Road Warriors. Dark Side of the Ring airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET on Vice.
