Fightful is sad to report that Darren Drozdov, known to wrestling fans as Droz, has passed away.

New Report Alleges That The Rock Showed Up Hours Late To Production Of 'Red One', Other Movie Sets

Droz signed with WWE in the late 90s and was famously part of the "Beyond The Mat" documentary where he met with Vince McMahon and was dubbed "Puke" as he had the ability to vomit on demand.

Droz was paired with The Legion Of Doom (Hawk & Animal) and Prince Albert (Matt Bloom) during his WWE career.

His career was tragically cut short in October 1999 when he fractured two vertebrae in his neck after slipping during a spot against D'Lo Brown. Droz would never walk again. He remained with WWE after the accident, working as a writer and columnist. He would make appearances on DVD documentaries and Dark Side of the Ring.

WWE ran a graphic remembering Droz to open the June 30 episode of WWE SmackDown.

On behalf of Fightful, we send condolences to the family, friends, and fans of Darren Drozdov.
