Tonight is the night that fans have been waiting for and that is SmackDown 1000. Ahead of the super show, WWE caught with 4-time World Heavyweight Champion Dave Bautista who established himself as one of the greats of the SmackDown brand. During Bautista's time on SmackDown he feuded with a number of top-notch competitors but none of them took to the fight to him like The Undertaker did. Dave Bautista and The Undertaker competed against one another inside Hell In Cell, fought over World Championships and clashed at WrestleMania. During the interview with WWE, Dave Bautista spoke about what it was like being in the ring with The Undertaker and had nothing but good things to say about "The Deadman".

“When Undertaker decided that he wanted to go, there was nobody that could do it better. We would always say that for fifteen minutes a day, he is the baddest son a b*tch on the planet and I would back that up one-hundred percent. I mean that dude can go. He is very intimidating, you know he’s in charge, but it’s also very comforting because this dude he’s just seen and done it all." Bautista said. "It’s almost like one of those things where you get in there with him - you just know you’re gonna have a good match. There’s something magical about him where he doesn’t even have to do more than step in the ring before people are just losing their minds and not a lot of people have that. It’s a very intimidating thing because you know you’re going to have to bring your a-game. It’s also like… you’re in with the best, you know you’re going to have a good match. I had to put royalty labors in on SmackDown. Taker was the king, and I was the prince.” Bautista laughed.
