David Otunga will not face any charges following a domestic violence investigation.
According to a TMZ report, police have completed their investigation and will not charge Otunga with any crimes. Otunga and ex-fiance Jennifer Hudson are continuing their custody battle over their son, David Jr.
Police had been investigating Otunga for domestic battery since November when Hudson claimed that Otunga got angry at her, grabbed her son by the hand and shoved her out of the bedroom. After the incident, she filed a report to the police in Burr Ridge, IL.
Otunga has largely been off WWE television since the allegations came into light ,but was a part of the WWE Clash of Champions pre-show panel back in December.
Hudson and Otunga had been a couple since before he got signed to a WWE development deal back in 2008. He is still a part of the WWE, now mostly relegated to pre-show panels after spending time as a wrestler. Hudson is currently one of the judges on the popular reality competition show The Voice.
