Dax Harwood On The Revival vs. American Alpha At NXT TakeOver Dallas: It Lit The Fuse For Us
Dax Harwood remembers the moment that things clicked for The Revival.
Back in April 2016, The Revival (now known as FTR) faced off with American Alpha at NXT TakeOver: Dallas. The match was widely acclaimed, with some even considering it to be one of the best tag team matches of the year.
Speaking with Cromulent Wrestling for a new interview, Harwood said that this match “lit the fuse” for FTR.
“Obviously one of my favorite matches. The match that really lit the fuse for myself and Cash back in 2016. We were doing some stuff with Enzo & Cass — which was awesome and we loved it — but that match and that angle with American Alpha is what really lit the fuse for Revival/FTR.”
