In a social media video, Goldberg and Sanders reminisced of old times and "Prime" told the story of locker room wrestling matches.

"We used to have wrestling matches every Friday in the middle of the locker room. I was like the Don King. We were promoting different guys. I would always say, 'WHO WANTS GOLDBERG?!?!' Everybody put their head down. Nobody wanted him," said Sanders.

Goldberg then credited Sanders for him becoming a wrestler.

Goldberg retired from football in 1995 and went on to become one of the biggest stars in WCW and wrestling history.
