Deonna Purrazzo Set For First ROH Pure Women’s Title Defense
Purrazzo’s first defense of the belt.
It was back in December 2025 that Deonna Purrazzo defeated Billie Starkz at Ring of Honor’s Final Battle pay-per-view in the tournament final to crown the first-ever ROH Women’s Pure Champion.
Up until this writing, Purrazzo had not had a title defense set up. Ring of Honor has now pushed out on their social media pages that Purrazzo will be defending the belt against Trish Adora on the 2/26 ROH on HonorClub.

Adora participated in the ROH Women’s Pure Title tournament, but she was bounced in the first round by Purrazzo via submission.
