More details on the new United States Championship belt design have been unveiled.
Twitter user @BeltFanDan, who first reported that the new design that was created last December, would go on Twitter to talk more about the new design. Something that was noteworthy about the new design was that it was 3d laser metal powder printed.
It was 3d laser metal powder printed. Designed and produced by these guys. Wildcat did the paint and assembly. JR "Zilla Leather" did the strap.— Dan Beltzer (@BeltFanDan) July 8, 2020
The new design was finally unveiled on the July 6 episode of Raw when MVP revealed it in the ring. Apollo Crews is the current United States Champion and he is set to defend his title against MVP at Extreme Rules on July 19.
In other WWE-belt design news, there have been new designs for the SmackDown Tag Team titles since WrestleMania 35, but they have yet to be officially unveiled and there's no word on if they will ever be unveiled. In addition, the NXT titles have new belts that are simply a larger version of the existing ones.

NXT belt is being replaced with a larger version of the same design.
WWE had kept the same US Title design since 2003, with the exception of John Cena creating a custom belt during his respective reigns. WWE changed the look of the Intercontinental Title months ago.
