Joe Hendry was previously with TNA Wrestling, last wrestling at the September tapings in Edmonton. He is a former TNA World Champion, competing in the 2025 Royal Rumble and at WrestleMania 41 as the TNA Champion.

He has been regularly appearing on NXT television throughout the year. He is set to team with Thea Hail to challenge Ethan Page & Chelsea Green for the AAA Mixed Tag Team Titles at NXT Gold Rush.
