New details on the recent Lucha Underground teaser.

Fightful Select reports “Sources indicate the buzz may be tied to a forthcoming YouTube channel featuring Lucha Underground content. Sources claim to @FightfulSelect that Amazon/MGM have not been interested in selling the Lucha Underground library.”

On April 24, the LU social media account posted a teaser video with the caption “soon.” The promotion launched in 2014 with shows filmed at Boyle Heights and Downtown Los Angeles, California. The show was developed by Mark Burnett and Robert Rodriguez and produced by United Artists, MGM Television, and One Three Media.

The series ended after four seasons, with the last episode running in November 2018.
