Details On Tetsuya Naito’s UNPASO Inc. Company Facing Bankruptcy, Cancellation Of wXw Germany Appearance

Details regarding the cancellation of Naito and BUSHI’s trip to Germany.

Tokyo Sports has a story up which notes that Tetsuya Naito’s UNPASO Inc. company is facing bankruptcy. There were some incidents caused by someone who worked for the company. Naito is expected to restart things alongside BUSHI and other staff members at a new company.

Things began to shift on the 14th of November when Naito and BUSHI had to cancel their appearance for wXw Germany.

Tokyo Sports noted that, per those involved, the aforementioned employee provided inaccurate visa information. To maintain the safety of Naito and BUSHI, their team cancelled the trip to Germany.

There were multiple instances of said employee having those incidents, and Naito and BUSHI could no longer operate as freelancers under the system they were in. UNPASO Inc. will close at the end of November 2025 as a form of liquidation. The employee was heavily involved in the creation of the company.

The employee’s contract with UNPASO has been terminated. Naito and BUSHI are still scheduled to travel to Singapore for their November 28th booking for the SPW promotion.

Naito gave the following comment to Tokyo Sports;

“First and foremost, I would like to apologize to everyone involved with wXw, and to all those who were looking forward to this match in Germany. I was looking forward to my first match in three weeks and stepping back into the wXw ring, so I’m personally very disappointed… But I look forward to the day I can compete in front of everyone again, and I hope you’ll look forward to that day too.

I apologize to our fans for causing concern and inconvenience due to an internal company issue. I promise we will work together under the new management to deliver an L.T.J. (Los Tranquilos de Japon) that surpasses anything we’ve done before.”

The two-time IWGP World Heavyweight Champion left a message for his supporters. He feels he may have taken a few steps back in 2025, but wants to show everyone that he can turn things around.

“I’m sure I’ve caused many fans to worry, asking, ‘Naito, are you okay?’ And I may have taken a few steps back over the past year, but I want to show everyone through professional wrestling that I can get back up and turn things around. That’s my biggest motivation right now.”

Naito and BUSHI wrapped up with New Japan Pro-Wrestling earlier this year. They are now going by Los Tranquilos de Japon. They last wrestled on October 24th for an independent promotion in Hong Kong.
