DMX was a playable character in the fondly received and criticially acclaimed Def Jam Vendetta game, which was originally designed to be a sequel to WCW Mayhem. The game spawned sequels, Def Jam Fight For NY, a non-wrestling game, in which DMX also appeared.

In addition, DMX's "We In Here" was used for Rashad Evans' walkout theme in the past. However, it's Anderson Silva utilizing "No Sunshine," that has DMX forever ingrainted in mixed martial arts history. During Silva's incredible run, the song was the soundtrack to the seconds before many historic moments. In 2014, DMX expressed his desire to perform the song for an Anderson Silva walkout.

In addition, Chuck Liddell would use "Intro" as his walk out theme during the height of his career. Liddell, as well as Tito Ortiz and Randy Couture appeared in Crade 2 The Grave with DMX. John Cena's WrestleMania 27 entrance featured the prayer from "Flesh Of My Flesh, Blood Of My Blood."

We extend our condolences to the friends, family and fans of DMX.
