Dominik Mysterio is officially a WWE superstar.
Monday's Raw opened with the contract signing between Dominik and Seth Rollins, but in Dominik's case, two contracts were signed. Dominik not only signed the contract to make his match against Seth Rollins at WWE SummerSlam official, he signed a contract to become a WWE superstar.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
It was also noted that Dominik will be able to use weapons during his SummerSlam match against Rollins.

Samoa Joe stood guard of Dominik during the contract signing, which was an interesting twist as Joe more or less wanted to murder Dominik during his feud with Rey leading into WrestleMania 35.
Former WWE writer Dave Schilling, who worked in the company from February to April in 2019, noted that there was a payoff for the Joe and Dominik angle last year, but it never came to fruition.
You mean, do I remember the angle we never got to pay off by having Joe send Dominik to the hospital the week before WrestleMania?

Yes, I do. https://t.co/DsSBuWRUXp
Though Dominik signed his contract, it wasn't a banner night for Rey's son as he ended up on the wrong side of a double-caning by Rollins and Murphy.
