Don Callis: The Don Callis Family Is A Star Factory, We’ll See How Andrade Does Without Someone In His Corner

Don Callis believes in his family.

Since forming the faction, Callis has taken stars like Kyle Fletcher, Kazuchika Okada, and Josh Alexander under his wing. Even with the group’s recent departures of Andrade El Idolo and Konosuke Takeshita, Callis still believes in his group to be a star factory.

“But right now I’m enjoying having the number one faction—as voted on by the Fightful folks—in pro wrestling, Kyle Fletcher, Okada. The Don Callis family is a star factory is what it is. Now Kevin Knight. Yeah, some guys move on. You have Andrade, you have Takeshita. The Kenny Omega principle will be in full effect. We’ll see how Andrade does without someone in his corner, without someone guiding him. It really is nice to have that perspective of having managed a family because now when I go to MLP, I can just kind of watch the show and enjoy it.” Callis told Fightful in a new interview.
