Drew McIntyre Sees A Lot Of Himself In Trick Williams, ‘He’s Young, Jacked, And Handsome’

Drew McIntyre is at the top of the mountain in WWE as the reigning Undisputed WWE Champion. Being a the top means no shortage of challengers, and Trick Williams is a man on the rise.
Speaking to TMZ’s Inside The Ring, Drew was asked who he sees as a potential player who is coming up.
“Coming up right now, that I’ve gotten to see enough of, maybe Trick. He certainly has a great look, charisma, and ability. It’s just what you do when you’re given the ball. I got the ball to the highest level when I was younger and wasn’t able to quite maximize and had to take the long way around. Hopefully, Trick takes that opportunity and absolutely smashes it. Based on what I’m seeing, he’s young, jacked, and handsome, just like I was. He’s going to get some opportunities,” he said.
Trick will have an opportunity to earn a shot at McIntyre and the Undisputed WWE Title when he competes in a four-way bout against Randy Orton, Sami Zayn, and Damian Priest at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.
The winner will face McIntyre at WWE Royal Rumble.
