"Broken Dreams" finally returned to WWE television at WWE Clash at the Castle as McIntyre used the song as part of the video package leading up to his entrance for his match against Roman Reigns.

The video package showed highlights of Drew's growth throughout his WWE career.

McIntyre used his normal theme for his actual entrance.

In an interview with Fightful in 2021, McIntyre said WWE still owned the rights to "Broken Dreams" and he was pushing for the song to make its return.
