For the first time this year, Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre will do battle.
During Friday's WWE SmackDown it was announced that McIntyre will face Orton on the January 11 WWE Raw.
McIntyre and Orton famously feuded throughout the summer and into the fall in 2020. McIntyre got the better of Orton at SummerSlam and Clash of Champions in an ambulance match, but Orton won the WWE Title from McIntyre at WWE Hell in a Cell inside Hell in a Cell.
McIntyre regained the title on the November 16 episode of WWE Raw in a No DQ match.
Also teased for WWE Raw is McIntyre answering Goldberg's challenge.
WWE Raw Legends Night closed with Goldberg confronting McIntyre and challenging him to a WWE Title match at Royal Rumble before shoving McIntyre to the ground. McIntyre never gave an answer.
