Edge Is Waiting Until After The Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View To Make His Decision

Edge is waiting until after the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view to make his decision regarding WrestleMania.

Throughout the majority of his run as a main event Superstar in WWE, Edge was known as an opportunist. Now, he is bringing that mentality with him on the Road to WrestleMania in 2021.

Edge spent the whole week following the WWE Royal Rumble event confronting every incumbent WWE World Heavyweight Champion across all three brands. While it seemed as though Roman Reigns was going to force Edge’s hand in choosing the WWE Universal Championship to challenge for at WrestleMania, Kevin Owens was able to once again hit Roman Reigns with the Stunner allowing Edge to keep his decision to himself for a little longer.

On the February 8th episode of Monday Night Raw, Edge revealed that because Drew McIntyre has been ordered to defend his WWE Championship inside of the Elimination Chamber structure, Edge is going to wait until after the WWE Elimination Chamber event to make his decision regarding who he will challenge for WrestleMania.

Edge was then interrupted by The Miz, who said that should Edge win any championship at WrestleMania, he will be there to cash in his WWE Money in the Bank briefcase. Edge did not take time to this and called The Miz out on revealing his hand. Edge would then say that the Miz should worry more about Bad Bunny and he is on The Road to WrestleMania because he needs to win another WWE World Championship.

Edge left The Miz after telling them, he is content with being awesome while Edge already conquered that 20 years ago.
