El Desperado Becomes Number One Contender For IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Title At NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 20

El Desperado is the number one contender for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship.

Desperado won a four-way match against SHO, Taiji Ishimori, and Kosei Fujita at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 20 to earn his shot.

The finish saw Desperado hit pinche loco on SHO for the victory.

The bout saw reigning IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Champion DOUKI, Robbie Eagles, and Robbie X get involved.

It is unknown when El Desperado will challenge DOUKI for the championship.

Before the match, DOUKI came to ringside to watch the action. He would eventually interfere in the bout.
