On Monday's edition of WWE Raw, Chad Gable made an announcement regarding his immediate in-ring future, revealing that he'll be out of action for the forseeable future after undergoing surgery.
Later on in the show, El Grande Americano shut down the rumors surrounding his identity, appearing in a backstage segment with American Made after Gable announced his absence.

Some fans have now pivoted to a new agenda, saying that Ludwig Kaiser is now portraying El Grande Americano.
