El Grande Americano vs. El Hijo del Vikingo vs. Dragon Lee Added To AAA’s 9/27 Event
A new bout was added to the taping.
AAA has an event scheduled for September 27th at Gimnasio Olímpico Juan de la Barrera in Mexico City, Mexico. The newest addition to the show lineup is a three-way match.
It’ll be El Grande Americano versus Dragon Lee versus El Hijo del Vikingo. Both Lee and Americano were involved in the main event of WWE x AAA Worlds Collide, where Dominik Mysterio defeated Vikingo to become the new AAA Mega Champion.
Lee received an assist from Rey Mysterio during the match to help fight off Judgment Day’s J.D. McDonagh and Finn Bálor, who were present to assist Dominik. El Grande played a major role in Dominik winning the title.
Americano and Dragon Lee clashed on the 9/15 Monday Night Raw, and there were two other individuals dressed as El Grande who helped the original El Grande pick up the win.
Dominik Mysterio is also scheduled for the 9/27 AAA taping.
