El Hijo del Vikingo Receives Assist From Omos To Become AAA Latin American Champion At Noches de Los Grandes
El Hijo del Vikingo received an assist from Omos to become champion.
The second match during week one of Lucha Libre AAA’s Noches de Los Grandes special saw El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. put the AAA Latin American Championship on the line against El Hijo del Vikingo. Wagner Jr. had been in possession of the title since August 2025. The defense against Vikingo was his seventh.
Omos and Dorian Roldán showed up during the bout to assist Vikingo. Vikingo hit a 450 splash, but it was not enough to secure the win.
Wagner Jr.’s brother Galeno, jetted to the ring to fight off Omos, but Omos ridded of him quickly. Galeno then took a chair to the back of Omos. Also getting involved to even the odds was Mini Vikingo. He delivered a springboard dropkick to El Hijo del Vikingo, but it was not enough for Wagner Jr. to put his opponent away.
The conclusion of the bout saw Omos punch Wagner Jr. in the face, and Vikingo followed up by hitting a 630 splash to secure the victory and the championship.
