El Mesías Distracts Steve Maclin; Frankie Kazarian Def. Maclin For TNA International Title At Victory Road

While the Countdown to TNA Victory Road pre-show was taking place, AAA’s El Mesías returned to the promotion and confronted TNA International Champion Steve Maclin.

Later in the show, Maclin defended the International Title against Frankie Kazarian. El Mesías showed up during the bout and grabbed Maclin’s attention.

Maclin took his focus off Kazarian and dove onto Mesías on the outside. As Maclin was making his way back into the ring, Kazarian kicked the middle rope and followed that up with a cutter to secure the win and the International Title.

It is Kazarian’s first title in the promotion since 2022, when he held the X Division Title for six days.
