Eli Drake Says He Misses "Quality Ring Rats"

Eli Drake has spent the last two years in Impact/TNA Wrestling where he's ran a talk show, and captured the TNA King of the Mountain Championship. However, the former WWE developmental talent talent told Colt Cabana during a recent interview that he has a bit of a different goal outside the ring.

"My one drug I've always had a problem with is girls, so that's what I'm out there looking for when I'm out. I always hear the glory day stories, the rats and what-not back in the 80's and 90's and I'm like, 'damn, man, I just wish that was around now'. It would probably be really dangerous, but a whole lot of fun. Now I feel like you don't see it as much," Drake said on a recent Art Of Wrestling Podcast.

Rat quality aside, Drake has had a successful run in Impact Wrestling thus far, but has been used sparingly at this weekend's tapings. He's teamed with Tyrus off and on throughout 2017.
