Elijah Shares The Undertaker’s Backstage Reaction Following Match Against Goldberg At WWE Super ShowDown

It was going to be The Undertaker versus Elijah.

Elijah, f.k.a. Elias, recounted stories from his time in WWE while being the focus of a stage show that was hosted by Inside The Ropes.

He looked back at when there was a plan in place for him to face The Undertaker at WWE Super ShowDown 2019. Those plans ended up being shifted to Undertaker versus Goldberg. Elijah has stated several times over the years that he was supposed to face The Undertaker at the event.

He remembers The Undertaker’s reaction following the match against Goldberg. He saw Elijah backstage and said it should have been him instead of Goldberg.

“Taker said something similar to that when he was walking back after that match (against Goldberg). Like, ‘Should’ve been you,’ and it’s like, yeah. Yeah. I agree. But what can you do?”
