Elite Deletion is coming to Full Gear.
The war between Matt Hardy and Sammy Guevara might come to an end at AEW Full Gear when the two rivals meet in an Elite Deletion bout. The match was made official on Wednesday's episode of AEW Dynamite.
The rivalry between Hardy and Guevara dates back to June when they were on opposites ends of the Inner Circle vs. Elite battle. Guevara defeated Hardy in a tables match in August, but Hardy got revenge in a Last Man Standing Match at AEW All Out. Guevara was not finished with Hardy, attacking him backstage in September. Guevara revealed himself as the attacker last Wednesday after Hardy announced he was cleared for competition following a scary incident at All Out where he hit the back of his head on concrete.
