Ember Moon has an opponent in mind for WWE Evolution.
Speaking to The Gorilla Position, Moon stated her dream match would be against WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix at the first ever all Women's pay-per-view.
"She is one of the women that had such a huge impact on my career when I started wrestling. I don't even think she knows it. I fangirl’d out after my match in Orlando. It was the year she got inducted into the Hall of Fame. She came to TakeOver -- I busted out into tears. I was so happy. She said, ‘Oh my God you did so great.’”
Moon lost to Asuka at the referenced TakeOver event. Phoenix went into the Hall of Fame the night before.
The former NXT Women's Champion went on praise The Glamazon for how she carried herself during the Diva Era.
“She had such a massive influence because she didn't look like anybody else. She was the Glamazon. She wasn't afraid to throw men around. She wasn't afraid to speak her mind. She looked different. She wasn't your cookie cutter, sorry to say at that time, diva. She was a superstar. She proved it every time she stepped in the ring.”
