On Monday, Ember Moon revealed she suffered an elbow injury that would require immediate surgery. Moon states in the video that she entered the Women's Royal Rumble with the injury, but battled through to last over 52 minutes. You can read Fightful's full story on the injury, along with Moon's comments, here.
Despite Moon explicitly stating she entered the Rumble with the injury, fans online theorized that Alexa Bliss was the one who caused the injury. Bliss hit her double knees moonsault on Moon, who got her arms up to protect herself. Bliss herself brought attention to the spot, apologizing for it. Bliss eliminated Moon from the bout and was more likely apologizing -- but not apologizing -- for the elimination. She also said "sorry" on social media to Sonya Deville, who she also eliminated.

Was it this that caused it? https://t.co/OlkLWxTi0N— Sherron Shabazz (@SherronShabazz) January 29, 2019
Moon quickly shot down any theory that tied Bliss to the injury.
