Enzo Amore: Big Cass Saved My Life A Million Times, I Had No Idea How You Become A Wrestler

Enzo Amore speaks on his friendship with Big Cass, noting that he saved his life ‘a million times’ early on in his wrestling career.

In the early 2010s, Enzo and Cass would feature as part of the WWE NXT roster and would be paired up as a tag team that would take the brand by storm thanks to Enzo’s microphone ability and their connection with the audience. For Amore, the early days in his career were backed by Cass.

While speaking to Emilio Sparks in a new interview, Enzo Amore spoke about his friendship with Big Cass.

“Big Cass saved my life a million times. Cause when you’re green and you don’t even know what the word mark is, you don’t know what the word green means and you don’t know what the word kayfabe is and you don’t understand any of the language. You never heard of the dirt sheets. You never watched the indies in your life. If you’re me and you break into WWE, you think that you just do it through Tough Enough. I had no idea how the f*ck you become a wrestler. He’s my best buddy. I mean, we played three fantasy football leagues.”
