Enzo Amore Vs. Cedric Alexander For Cruiserweight Title Set For Raw

After a week of uncertainty, the cruiserweight title match originally scheduled for Raw last week will take place tomorrow.

WWE posted the following on their Twitter this morning:

Taro Okada Explains Why He Felt Stardom Had To Dismiss Rossy Ogawa

The match was originally supposed to take place last week, but at the last minute Enzo Amore got seriously ill and had to be sent to the hospital, changing plans. Cedric Alexander instead teamed with Goldust to take on Drew Gulak and Ariya Daivari in a winning effort. Amore didn't appear the next night on 205 Live.

Most interestingly, Enzo Amore was scheduled to be in the Mixed Match Challenge with the idea he may be paired with Nia Jax, who are starting a romance storyline together. However, just a few days after Amore was hospitalized, Kurt Angle said on his Twitter that he was replacing Amore due to the flu, which is odd considering the tournament doesn't start until the 16th. Apollo Crews took his place instead.

Raw will be live tomorrow from the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee.
