Eric Bischoff was put in charge of MLW One Shot, and he didn't take that power lightly, making the decision to "fire" Alex Kane.
Bischoff says he wasn't going to really feel in charge until he got the opportunity to fire someone. "That's when you really know you have this thing by the balls."

Alex Kane had just competed against Bobby Fish when Bischoff appeared on the screen to "fire" him. Kane suplexed the staff who tried to remove him from the ring.
