The tournament to crown the UWN World Champion is set with a number of interesting names set to compete.
The eight participants for the tournament have been revealed with one of the wrestlers being Erick Redbeard, who competed in WWE as Erick Rowan. Other wrestlers announced for the tournament include Mike Bennett, Chris Dickinson, AEW's Peter Avalon and NJPW's Karl Fredericks.
Below are the first round matches with Avalon vs. Dickinson taking place on the October 27 episode of UWN Primetime Live:

* Chris Dickinson vs. Peter Avalon
* Karl Fredericks vs. Fred Rosser
* Davey Boy Smith Jr. vs. Mike Bennett

The October 20 episode of UWN Primetime Live also saw Da Pope defeat Zicky Dice to win the NWA TV Title.
