Ethan Page: Je’Von Evans Has An Unlimited Ceiling. WWE Should Sign Him To A 15-Year Deal
Ethan Page sees big things for Je’Von Evans.
Page and Evans had an intense rivalry at the beginning of the year, which included Page breaking Evans’ jaw, a last man standing match, and a street fight. At only 21, Evans is touted as the future of the company, and Page believes WWE should heavily invest.
“Higher than everyone else here,” Page told Adam Silverstein on Getting Over when asked how high Evans’ ceiling is. “Higher than mine. That hurts me to say. He’s just himself. That is one thing it took me so long to figure out. Essentially, just be as genuine as possible. As much as I hate the kid, he is who he is, no one is going to change him. When he performs, that’s as genuine of a Je’Von as you’re going to get. He has an unlimited ceiling and I hope the WWE has signed him to a 15-year contract.”
Page is the reigning NXT North American Champion and one-half of the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions with Chelsea Green.
Elsewhere during the interview, Page was asked about his contract status. You can find his full comments here.
