Even Nia Jax Can Be Surprised When Roman Reigns Appears On WWE TV
Even with Nia Jax being related to Roman Reigns, she is still sometimes surprised when “The Tribal Chief” returns to WWE TV.
Since 2022, Roman Reigns has been on a limited schedule with WWE. Despite that, he has remained the top star in all of WWE and moves the needle whenever he appears on TV. With his limited appearances, when they occur are occasionally on a need-to-know basis.
Speaking to WKMG, Nia Jax recently previewed the September 26 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown, which will take place in Orlando, Florida. While running down the names that will be at the event, she also said that fans shouldn’t forget that surprises can always happen, as sometimes Roman returns to TV, and she’s shocked to see her cousin.
“To be fair, I can’t even tell you exactly, because sometimes I’m totally surprised by who shows up. There’ll be times where Roman Reigns will show up, and I’ll be like, ‘Hey, cousin, what’s going on?’ But it’s always a great show. I know that anytime somebody comes, no matter what, they leave extremely happy and saying that they had a great time.”
Nia Jax will be trying to regain the WWE Women’s Title when she wrestles Tiffany Stratton and Jade Cargill on SmackDown.
As for Roman Reigns, he has not been seen since WWE Clash in Paris. He is on the poster for WWE Crown Jewel. Recently, he’s been filming for the Street Fighter movie, where he will play Akuma.
