Before being released by WWE on June 25, Ever-Rise was gaining in popularity on NXT.
The duo was being used more on television and found an audience on digital platforms with Ever-Rise Live. While it is unknown where Matt Martel and Chase Parker will end up next, they believe in their ability and talent.
"There is no team out there like us," said Martel on Keepin' It 100. "There is no team like us, with this dynamic, with our presence and charisma."
Parker added, "You have some people say 'best high-flier in the world,' whatever your niche is. When it comes to this kind of an act of what we do, we're the best. You wouldn't believe the amount of times on anything we've posted over the last year, every single post, without fail, 'Oh, this is WWE's Wish version of The Young Bucks.' He's fake Matt Jackson and I'm Chuck Taylor."
Martel chimed in by joking, "He's the third Jackson, Fat Jackson."
Ever-Rise previously revealed that they had been pitching ideas to WWE even on the day of their release. You can find their full comments on their release by clicking here.
