Alex Gracia Impressed With Virtual Basement's Visuals For The Wrestling Code

Gaming and Wrestling are married concepts, but not all wrestlers got hooked with that marriage.

Take emerging star Alex Gracia. She told us that she had way different influences in gaming.

"You know what’s so funny? I played games all the time when I was a little, but it was the games that you wouldn’t expect. Like, I loved the Britney Spears dance game on PS4 or PS2, and Mary Kate & Ashley and Frogger," she said.

Now things are much different, and Gracia will appear in Virtual Basment's The Wrestling Code video game. With some major names attached to the title, Gracia says she was shocked to even be considered.

So, when they reached out to me it’s one of those things that like, ‘This isn’t real.’ But, ‘cause it was pretty early on," Gracia remembered. "They were saying, ‘Hey, we’re making this wrestling video game, we’d love to make you someone on the roster.’ I’m like, ‘Well, this sounds really cool. Yeah. Why wouldn’t I want to be in a video game?’ They’ve just been so great. Just from the beginning they were like, ‘We want you to be along for the process to make sure you’re happy and everything, too.’ They have done that. They people that they’ve added to the roster since then, just seeing some samples of what the game is going to look like and what some of the characters are going to look like. It’s like, ‘This is going to be something. It’s going to be really cool.’ Imagine being on a video game. To me, I’m like, ‘Why me? That’s really cool, that’s a huge compliment! But, me?’"
