Speaking to Sean Ross Sapp about the experience of being rendered into an in-game character and reading off talent information, Chris Van Vliet revealed he's excited to be a part of the video game even though he hasn't started recording lines yet.

"I am gonna be the ring announcer. So I’ve got a lot of names, weights, hometowns, all kinds of stuff that I’m going to read. We haven’t started worrying yet. I think that they’re worrying about the nuts and bolts of all this. But they did do a render of what my character’s going to look like and they sent it to me, and I went, ‘Man, that’s pretty cool.’

Even though he hasn't recorded lines, he has seen a full render of his character and he did note that his render was wearing a full suit and was not naked like a Ken doll. ROH veteran said that the creators send him a nude render of his character and he was astonished they got his butt accurate.

"No, I was wearing a full suit during the photos. So they actually just took the suit I was wearing and the tie I was wearing and that’s my render. I would find it very strange if they needed a naked version of the ring announcer for some reason."

Early in the game's development, Sean Ross Sapp spoke with the team behind the game. You can check out that full interview here.
