Dad Calls Out Danhausen, Isn't Worried About Curses Or HOOK

Wrestling fans may have just gotten familiar with Dad (Nathan Barnatt) thanks to his appearances at GCW and AEW alongside John Morrison, but his history in wrestling goes back years to when he auditioned for Tough Enough and began training with Rikishi.

Dad is the best pop star and boxer in the world, on the road to one million YouTube subscribers, who has blended elements of pro wrestling into his content to build his brand.

Dad has stepped in a wrestling ring in the past, and wanting to prove he's not afraid of anyone, he's calling out the most feared man in the world of wrestling.

"I want to go for Danhausen. Danhausen and I have known each other for about a year and a half now, we're friendly, but he's been a little naughty too, putting curses on people and Dad Bot doesn't like that. He's got to set him straight as well," Dad told Jeremy Lambert and Stephen Jensen on The Spotlight.

Danhausen has cursed all of his enemies, and some of his friends, and they've all come out worse for wear after being hit with the very nice, very evil curse. How can a man like Dad survive? Well, fortunately, he's not a man.

"He's cursing humans. He's cursing mortals. My name is Dad Bot from Town, USA. I was built in a facility. There is thousands of us. If he curses me, and it works on me, which it won't because I have a CPU up here [points to head] and has a prime OS, unhackable, you can't hack this prime operating system. If he even tried to and was somewhat successful, there are thousands more Dad Bots. I'm Dad Bot -2, no one can stop me. Dad doesn't stop and will not stop. Try all you want, Dan, you're gonna have to do some downloading on your floppy disk to find the right code to take me down," he said.

While the curses of Danhausen may not work on Dad Bot, there is the new element of HOOK that Dad would have to deal with. Not even HOOK scares the Dad Bot.

"He's got HOOK. That little boxing boy, I can show him a thing or two. Get in the ring with me. I don't know if HOOK is supposed to mean left or right hook, but he can't handle the quantum hook," he stated.

Dad holds the record for fastest knockout at Creator Clash, which is a boxing event featuring various content creators.

Dad vs. Danhausen is the one true dream match left in professional wrestling.

The full interview with Dad on The Spotlight will air as part of Thursday's episode of the show, which is live at 9:30 am ET. Fans can follow the work of Dad by clicking here.
