NXT talent Gigi Dolin, Cora Jade, Gallus, Jakara Jackson, Eddy Thorpe, Javier Bernal, Oro Mensah, Riley Osborne, Dani Palmer were also released, and most will have 30-day non compete clauses. They'll be paid during this period and can prepare their next career moves.
Some in NXT knew Jakara Jackson's release was coming, as they split her from Lash Legend this week.
Those that we spoke to don’t believe that Dani Palmer will continue in wrestling. She was an athletic recruit, and has spoken about her “athletic career coming to an end” as a result of the release.
Regarding Shotzi, we’re told she pretty well saw the writing on the wall, and prepared the promo that aired last week. She’s said to be excited for her future and optimistic about what she’ll do.
Those we spoke to in MLW said that there will likely be interest from their side with a few of the women that got released.
The NXT talent have a 30-day wait period, main roster have 90. Shotzi’s expires this spring or Summer, but before 90 days.
