When asked about the future of ROH's women's division, which the company calls Women Of Honor, Leon said the following:

"Things change every day in this business. You never know, simply because God forbid, people can get injuries. People get to travel. People want to expand their tour out of the country and get other opportunities. You never can plan too far ahead; you kind of just go with the flow. I don't know the plans for the future, but my hopes for the future are that we can eventually, now that we've developed our characters so much and the fans accept us and want to see more and love the women's wrestling and we've proven ourselves and gained the respect, I really hope that one day soon that there can be a women's tournament to crown the first Women of Honor champion. I really really hope that that;'s something. Ring of Honor has the partnership with New Japan Pro Wrestling and CMLL and now the women have grown so much that we have women from CMLL working here and women from STARDOM working here. We're growing. We're growing so much., I can only hope that that leads to a grand prize, you know?"

ROH's Women Of Honor division has been taking on a slowly but steadily increasing role of prominence with the promotion. Leon has been part of that, taking part in a No DQ match between her and Taeler Hendrix:

Leon went on to say that she did not think WWE's planned women's tournament would have any impact on ROH's potential plans to institute a female title.
