Ivy Nile: Rhea Ripley Was My First Huge Challenge, I’m Definitely Ready For A Rematch If That Happens

Ivy Nile recalls her big match against Rhea Ripley on Raw.

On the January 1, 2024 episode of WWE Raw, Ivy Nile competed in one of the biggest singles matches of her career, as she faced Rhea Ripley in a WWE Women's World Championship match. Although Ripley walked away from the match with the win, many fans would agree that Nile showed out during the match.

While speaking to Fightful for a new interview, Nile talked about the feedback she got after the match and explained that she's ready for a rematch with Ripley.

"I really haven’t been challenged like that before. Rhea was my first huge challenge. Honestly, a lot of people were proud of me that I was going toe-to-toe with someone. Some of the feedback was just more urgency. Like I’m really trying to beat her. I think I found myself a lot of times in the match of being almost like I didn’t have a chance because I’m like, ‘there’s no way.’ I think if I believed in myself a little bit more, I would have a better chance next time. I think I was in there like, ‘Maybe I can survive this match.’ No, next time, I can actually win this match. I’m definitely ready for a rematch if that happens."

Elsewhere in the interview, Nile said that she was able to discover her strength on her own. Fans can learn more here.
