Juice Robinson's New Japan Pro Wrestling Contract Expires

Juice Robinson is now a free agent.

Fightful has confirmed that Juice Robinson's New Japan Pro Wrestling deal expired on January 31 after several years with the company. We've not heard on any future plans regarding possibly re-signing or going elsewhere, just that the deal was up on January 31. Robinson has been working for New Japan Pro Wrestling in the United States, and hasn't been to Japan to wrestle since last March. However, Robinson has been consistently working with IMPACT Wrestling over the past year. We've not learned an update on his status with them.

Before ROH went on hiatus, Juice Robinson told Fightful he'd be open to returning to Ring of Honor, despite it not working out the first time. "It ended up not working out real quick for some weird reasons, but whatever. It doesn’t really matter. ROH is awesome. I can’t wait until I can do more stuff with them. I feel like, ‘C’mon, man. Let’s work with ROH, too, man.’ They got some of the best wrestlers on the planet. Obviously. I’d love to do an ROH any time," Robinson told us.

We'll work to learn more on the situation.
