Miro Filming Pilot For CBS Series During AEW Absence

Former AEW TNT Champion Miro still hasn't returned to AEW TV after signing a new contract, leading many to wonder where he is.

Miro has been largely off TV since last fall when he sustained a hamstring injury, although he did answer the call to serve as a replacement in a title contender tournament. Outside of that, Miro hasn't wrestled since September 30, and his promo vignettes have stopped airing on TV.

We're told that this week Miro is in New York working on a television product for a CBS pilot show. In addition, Miro has done some more film work during his time off from the ring. We've also learned the former Lana, CJ Perry, has multiple upcoming television projects.

Miro signed a four year contract extension with AEW recently, as his contract was set to expire in the spring of 2022.
