Morrissey, Former Big Cass, In Renegotiation Period With IMPACT After Contract Expired

W. Morrissey is technically a free agent, though he's discussing a new deal with IMPACT Wrestling, we're told.

Morrissey, the former Big Cass, noted during a recent interview that his deal with IMPACT Wrestling was up at the end of October and he was hoping to remain there.

According to IMPACT sources, Morrissey is looking for a "big money deal" by IMPACT standards, after proving himself in the ring, on screen and in a behavioral fashion.

Morrissey took on Matt Cardona at IMPACT Wrestling's Turning Point on November 20. He's been pushed heavily in IMPACT Wrestling thus far, but dropped a couple of matches to Eddie Edwards in singles competition this past Summer. Morrissey competed for WWE for several years until he was released by the company in 2018.
