Tyler Franks names his dream opponents.
Throughout his near six-year career, Tyler Franks has faced off with a number of established stars like Richard Holliday, Cole Radrick, Marcus Mathers, and Vinny Pacifico.
Franks doesn't want to stop there, as he wants to face off with other big names like Randy Orton and Jonathan Gresham.
"For me, the ultimate dream opponent, if we’re going to dream as big as we’re going to dream, would be Randy Orton." Franks said while chatting with Jeremy Lambert and Stephen Jensen of Fightful Overbooked's Spotlight podcast. "The first ever episode of Monday Night Raw I ever watched was the episode where he pulled [John] Cena’s dad out of the crowd and punted him. I ran outside, opened the door and was like, ‘Dad! He just kicked Cena’s dad in the head!’ I was so shocked. Ever since then, I was the biggest Randy Orton fan. Some people on the indies, one I’d really like to have is Jonathan Gresham. I’m a huge fan of the technical wrestling that he does and early on, before I had a match, I did his seminar at New South. I learned a lot of cool stuff. He’s somebody that, not only could I have a good match with, but I could learn a lot from as well."
Elsewhere in the interview, Franks had high praise for fellow Alabama performer Cabana Man Dan. Check out his full comments by clicking here.
