Here's your Fight Size wrestling Update for the morning of May 26th, 2018.
- PWInsider is reporting that the jury selection for the case involving CM Punk and Colt Cabana against WWE doctor Chris Amman began on Thursday. Amman is suing Punk for what he claims to have been false comments that were made on Colt Cabana's 'Art Of Wrestling' podcast in 2014. Punk stated that he asked Amman to check out a lump that was on his back but it was misdiagnosed and Punk later discovered after he departed from WWE that it was a staph infection. Dr. Amman has claimed that he was never asked to examine the lump on Punk's back.
- Cesaro made an appearance in the promo video of 'CHIKARA Grand Champion' Juan Francisco de Coronado. Cesaro competed in 'CHIKARA' for a number of years and along the way he formed a commanding tag team with Chris Hero (Kassius Ohno) named 'Kings Of Wrestling'.
- "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey will be making her Japan debut for WWE on August 31st as the company will be heading to Osaka to perform inside of the 'Edison Arena'.
- In an interview with 'PEOPLE Now' former WWE Divas Champion Brie Bella stated that she and her husband Daniel Bryan will be trying for their second child in 2019.
- Carmella channeled her inner 'Wheel Of Fortune' on social media yesterday morning as she had to remind everyone that she is the current SmackDown Live Women's Champion and she beat Charlotte Flair twice to capture and hold on to that title.
- During an interview with 'Telemundo Las Vegas' former 5-time WCW Cruiserweight Champion Rey Mysterio shared that he would like to recreate a revamped version of the 'L.W.O.' in WWE with Andrade "Cien" Almas, Kalisto and Sin Cara.
- Current NXT talent Lio Rush has been teasing the premiere of a video for his single "Money Money". 'DRETT1' and Lio Rush who is going by 'L.I.' in the music world have officially dropped the video for their new single.
- The feud between Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa has continued to reach new heights as the two men want nothing more than to tear each other apart. Gargano's wife Candice LeRae has become involved in the situation and she recently confronted Johnny about signing a contract for a "Street Fight" against Tommaso Ciampa at NXT TakeOver: Chicago II on June 16th.
